Not many of you will know about my comic book character Morning star. Hes a guy I've been writing about since I was 16. He's been a huge part of my personal and artistic expression, and his story is a symbolic representation of my life and how I see the world. I've been writing his story with the end goal of turing it into a graphic novel and getting it published one day. Well after 8 years I've finally been able to conclude his story. And it was the most emotional i'v even been over completing an art work. It brought so much out of me, and has helped me so much along the way. This dark and winding road has gotten much steeper, but I can finally see the light. No more bull shit, no more being lead astray. I have my studio space, my essential materials, love and support of the people that matter, and the skill and potential to go where I want. I have never been more driven to tattoo then I am now, and I Know as long as I stay focused, humbled, and aware, I can be as great as my family and friends believe I can be. Its my turn to share in that belief.
